Refund Policy – Polygon Soup

Each drawing offered by Polygon Soup is a unique piece produced by pen plotter. Due to this unique and personalised nature, no returns or refunds will be accepted after purchase, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Exception: damaged item on delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos of the packaging and the work to contact@polygonsoup.cc. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and propose an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
