Terms of Sale – Polygon Soup

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the relationship between Polygon Soup and any buyer of its original graphic works produced by pen plotter.

2. Products

Polygon Soup offers original drawings created using a pen plotter. Each work is unique or produced in a limited edition.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Polygon Soup reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Orders

Orders are placed by email. Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale.

5. Shipping

Works are shipped to France and internationally. Delivery times and costs are communicated at the time of the order.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised. As each drawing sold by Polygon Soup is a unique piece produced by pen plotter, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a proven defect identified upon receipt.

7. Intellectual property

Polygon Soup retains all intellectual property rights over its works. The purchase of a work does not grant any right of reproduction or commercial exploitation.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

9. Online dispute resolution

In the event of an unresolved dispute, consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform free of charge: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
